Our rooms were beautiful and well maintained!
We had a wonderful week there; we are always impressed at the quality of maintenance programs. We were so pleased with the people at the front desk and in costumer relations. They are very helpful and friendly. All personnel were friendly and provided excellent service. The gym and the spa staff are exceptional. Our rooms were beautiful and well maintained, we counted with anything we needed, and everything was just terrific. We are looking forward to our next week with Mayan Palace Resorts.
