We have always enjoyed our stay at the Mayan Palace at Puerto Vallarta. We have always found all the employees courteous and helpful; our suite has always been kept really clean and tidy. We especially enjoyed the heated whirling pool. We are planning to come back soon and spend a wonderful 4 week vacation. With our ages being 87 and 89 we enjoy coming to this resort to relax. It is a beautiful place.

My husband and I have been members before the resort opened. We have been very happy with our membership and it is comforting to know that whatever was promised regarding the resort has been accomplished. We had a wonderful week there; we are always impressed at the quality of maintenance programs. We were so pleased with the people at the front desk and in costumer relations. They are very helpful and friendly. All personnel were friendly and provided excellent service. The gym and the spa staff are exceptional. Our rooms were beautiful and well maintained, we counted with anything we needed, and everything was just terrific. We are looking forward to our next week with Mayan Palace Resorts.
